Evektor reveals night version of SportStar RTC at AERO Friedrichshafen

Evektor reveals the latest version of its EASA certified training aircraft SportStar RTC at Aero Friedrichshafen air show in Germany.

The presented SportStar RTC, registration OK-NVF, was introduced with equipment for night operation and recently approved Garmin G3X Touch Glass Cockpit with dual 10.6” landscape touchscreens. The aircraft innovations also includes facelifted engine cowlings giving the aircraft a new sporty look, new automotive style seats with integrated heating system and providing enhanced cabin comfort and a new auxiliary generator with increased performance.

The SportStar has been used for training of night flying in flight schools in the USA for over 10 years and Evektor decided to extend aircraft operation possibilities also for pilot training organizations and private pilots in Europe.

At Aero Friedrichshafen Evektor-Aerotechnik introduced also the latest model of the popular EuroStar aircraft line – the EuroStar SLX. The EuroStar SLX has a new wing and reinforced airframe with maximum take-off weight increased to 525 kg and useful load up to 225 kg in configuration with ballistic recovery system. At the airshow the company presents also the latest FAA approved Evektor´s LSA model the Harmony LSA equipped with night equipment and cockpit comfort package.
